The Goal:
The design’s main goal is to clearly communicate the benefits of borrowing against Bitcoin: maintaining ownership, avoiding price volatility impacts, and having fixed repayment terms. It also aims to build confidence through transparency and secure mechanisms, so users feel safe engaging with crypto finance.

The Challenge:
Explaining complex technical/security concepts (multisig, custody, zero margin calls) in a way non-crypto-savvy users can understand. Maintaining user trust: ensuring the design reflects credibility, security, and transparency visually and via content. Preventing cognitive overload: lots of specialized jargon and financial details risk overwhelming users. Ensuring navigation and calls-to-action are clear so users quickly see how to “Get a Loan” or learn more.

The Result
Users are likely to get value propositions immediately—what they gain, what they avoid (margin calls, loss of Bitcoin) becomes clear quickly. Trust is reinforced via security-focused design elements and transparent explanations, which likely improves engagement and conversions. The user journey from learning about the product to initiating a loan is shorter, with fewer distractions. Complex financial/crypto ideas are made more approachable, improving usability and lowering cognitive friction for new users.
